Every once in a while, there are people born who know their purpose, they are born, their parents raise them, they educate them and these individuals are left to roam the world and make a name for themselves. Very few of them make a drastic change to their environment. Even more few make changes for the world. However, being one of these few is a blessing for anyone. Charles Phillips is one such person. Born in Little rock, Arkansas in USA he has a wealth of knowledge and a treasure full of achievement. It seems that there is no goal he has not achieved yet he still keeps climbing. At 51 years of age, Charles Phillips has taken on a lot and pulled off more than what most people can even imagine.
Mr. Phillips has an undergrad degree of BS in Computer Science and an MBA received at Hampton University. He also holds a JD from New York Law School after which his careers were as fruitful as his studies. It is not so often to see people excel practically in their fields when they excel academically. However, his first duty call was in the Marine Corps as a captain and he worked as an Information Technology officer. Preceding this, he decided to work for various investment banks, one of his most successful job appointments being in Morgan Stanley. Of course, he excelled in this too making millions for the company. Charles Phillips swiftly moved onto working at Oracle and stayed there for quite a few years thereby also being the president.
His new appointment however, was to be the Chief Executive at a software and hardware system making company namely being Infor. Charles Philips Infor is apparently the largest business software franchise but this is merely a claim to 15 minutes of fame. Things are set to change because Charles Phillips is now taking Infor for a stroll to make it big, as big as Oracle was and maybe even bigger. He has decided to take Infor and give technology a break by making them reach heights that were impossible before.
Charles Phillips is an outstanding individual and he sure does love a challenge. That is why he and Infor have started this mission to make it to the top, both parties win and Charles Phillips, on the whole, improves technology for everyone. Companies should watch their ways; this team is out for the kill.

After being Wall Streets golden boy by being the industrys top analyst for IT applications, Phillips was lured away by Larry Ellison, Oracles CEO, to become one of his vice-presidents. It was a huge leap of faith for both Ellison and Phillips since prior to his work in Morgan Stanley and Viacom, Phillips work experience was mostly obtained from working in the military. Although many other names were considered, they were immediately left out of the cold once it became evident that Phillips had left Oracle for good. Schaper hadnt wasted a minute after that, fearing that some other company might beat him to hiring Phillips. And eventually, Schaper did get Phillips, and the two are now both the most powerful men of Infor.
